As a Master Coach, trained and credentialed with Integral Coaching Canada™, I provide support to realize your personal or professional aspirations in an area that is deeply important and meaningful to you.
We work together to clarify your current concerns and the change you are seeking. We nurture deeper awareness of the ways in which you currently approach your topic – your present assumptions and your usual behaviours and actions.
We also explore new ways you could look at yourself and new moves you could make, building on your personal values and core strengths. It is through changing the present that we open our minds and hearts to possible futures. Over the course of a mutually agreed programme we draw on a series of 60 minute coaching conversations, guided self-reflection exercises, and daily practices to support the integration of new capabilities, setting you on a transformational journey with confidence in the possibilities for your continued growth and development over time.
Building Better Teams and Organizations
Through team and organizational coaching, groups of people develop greater capabilities to realize their shared aspirations. As an Integral coach and organizational consultant, I have developed custom programs for social justice and community-based organizations to realize their possibilities for transformation—of themselves, and of the larger world in which they live their lives and fulfil their purpose.
As with individuals, group coaching is tailored to each organization’s specific needs and aspirations, drawing on the wisdom of many years of experience in organizational development and organizing for social change, as well as the Integral Coaching method and practice. This kind of accompaniment is goal-focused to serve organizations of various kinds, in various states of well-being and change.
We work beyond structures and systems to develop the capabilities to sustain ecosystems of work among individuals that nurture curiosity, creativity, compassion, and courage — building vital work cultures of mutual respect, solidarity, and shared accountability.
Rich Experience and Passion for Positive Change
For more than 35 years I have served people and organizations dedicated to social justice and international solidarity as a leader, organizer, writer, teacher, and advisor in strategic management, advocacy, fundraising, coalition building, and institutional learning. I have a keen interest in human and organizational development, and solid experience with a wide array of groups and networks around the world.
I have facilitated many team building and organizational renewal processes, engaging collaboratively over time with the richness and promise of linguistic, cultural, social, political, generational, and spiritual diversity.
I work with trust in the importance of curiosity, co-creation, confidentiality, and sincere respect for each client’s unique situation and aspirations. My clients live and work in many parts of the world and I connect with them through Zoom across time zones from my home in western Québec, the unceded traditional territory of the Algonquin Anishinaabeg peoples. I enjoy working with groups in person, and may travel for specific sessions and activities. I work in English and/or French.
